These terms apply to your use of the Garivo mobile application, which is provided by Webavio. By using Garivo, you agree to these terms and to the applicable rules of the store from which you downloaded the app.

Using Garivo

Garivo is a personal organisation tool for vehicle information, maintenance, expenses, fuel and charging records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping any backups you need.

Not professional advice

Garivo's records and reminders are for organisational purposes only. They are not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, professional inspection, maintenance advice or legal requirements. Always follow the guidance that applies to your vehicle and location.

Garivo Premium

Garivo Premium is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The app store displays the final local price and processes payment. Restoring a purchase requires the same store account. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the applicable app store's terms and policies.

Your data

Garivo stores vehicle records locally on your device. You are responsible for exporting any copy you wish to keep before deleting data or removing the app. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Garivo reliable, but the app is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

Garivo, its visual design, software and included content belong to Webavio or its licensors. These terms allow personal use of the app and do not transfer ownership of that material.

Changes

We may update these terms when Garivo or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
